FTA “The right to keep and bear arms... offers a strong moral check against usurpation...”
Looks like the usurper part has probably happened as of Jan.20th, 2009.

Alexander has nailed it. And those 60 million Americans should be organizing into meaningful militia groups right now. The government must be forewarned against the abuse of our most important right.

Remember what chaos TWO snipers cause to the DC area? Just think what if one percent of gun owners (600,000) decided that Claire Wolfe’s “awkward time” had passed.

I agree perfectly! I’m a weenie with things that go “bang” close to me. (fireworks, balloons, etc..)But I’m considering learning how to use a firearm. Also hoping to own one, if I can ever afford one!

“Lawful gun owners have nothing to fear.”
The loophole here is if the government changes the law to leave most gun owners out there in the outlawl realm? Or somebody like Holder or some Liberal judge creatively interprets the Constitution to accomplish the same thing.

We are under no moral or legal obligation to subject ourselves to immoral or unlawful “laws”.

Read carefully the Heller decision, esp the DEFINITION of “Arms” @ pg 18in the pdf? relevant section begins:
“then, as now...”
And did Roberts flub the oath because he was in heat?
