Exactly... and speaking of college campuses... didn’t anyone in the RNC or the campaign ever, once, think to mention to McCain it would be a good idea for his daughter to go on a college campus tour during the election? With the exception of some time to promote her book, she never left his side.
I think McCain ran a self defeating campaign on purpose.. he did probably two wise things the whole time..
This will be his leadership style that others will emulate. Expect with his media savvy more conservatives on MSM talk show expounding down to earth common sense conservative message.
EX: He has used his many appearance on FOX tomake himself a public figure and consequently win the leadership role of the party.
Meghan McCain did campaign for her dad on the college campuses during the NH primary. On Fox & Friends in Jan 2008, Meghan called Obama a, “Cutie pie.” I suspect if her dad wasn’t running for President, she would be drooling over Obama.
