So Israel overflies Iraq. What are we gonna do...shoot them down? They radio who they are and it’s done. Of course under a Hussein administration, Iran would probably be warned as the planes crossed Iraqi airspace!

Of course under a Hussein administration, Iran would probably be warned as the planes crossed Iraqi airspace! We're responsible for defending Iraqi airspace. Hussein might very well give that order. And its not just their attack aircraft, they'll have to bring tankers.
