No, but they vote themselves raises. Which is kinda like a bonus, if you don’t have to go through a performance review to get it.

But federal employees at the senior executive level do receive performance bonuses annually. And Congress raised its salary again this year.

All public officials are paid according to schedules that are published publicly.
Their pay is "capped".
