Not a very good analogy as glasses are pretty neccessary to doing her job whereas “hair plugs” are pure vanity. But nice try anyway.

I suppose if you are a Senator of no particular distinction, hankering after a younger wife, you may think that hair plugs are a necessity. If you are Governor, designer glasses may be a necessity.
