A couple of points. This was the demonstration FReepers were encouraged to attend though no mention of that was made in the article. Second, no mention is made of radical Ayers’ close association with a socialist community organizer by the name of B. Hussein Obama.

No, he just pretty much admitted he did it in a media interview, I believe. Shows the media hasn't changed much since Ayers' heyday as an American killer.

The crowd roared and chanted, encouraged by speeches by an FBI informant who had infiltrated the Weathermen and by a police officer who had been on the scene of a bombing at a San Francisco police station that killed a sergeant. He survived. When confronted at the first part of his talk he said he would stay and answer all questions after his talk - most of us respected that. When Q&A time came he restated it and called on students first. His answers to the few that had the opportunity were long and drawn out. Times up. He did stay a few minutes more as the crowd broke up. There were no public answers as the microphones were then off.

He is a slick, intelligent, liar and conman. His talk was a veiled justification for his radical activities.

In the room were the FBI operative who infiltrated his group and a retired SFPD officer who was at the bombing where his Sargent was killed. The students never knew they were there. So UM protesters - don't fall for his calls to be heard - give him hell.

Plus, we know beyond doubt (from his trial and his book Fugitive Days) thatt he designed the bomb that blew up and killled his girlfriend. Thatt bomb was to be deployed at a dance at Fort Dix. That means Ayers is guilty of about 200 counts of conspiracy to murder.

Oh, you never know, fate has a funny way of righting the scales and one day the terrorist William Ayers and his terrorist wife might wake up and find themselves emulating Leon Trotsky, and this is certainly not a threat just an observation on that old maxim about 'what goes around, comes around', and Mr. & Mrs Ayers are not immune.

At least our ally Canada had the good sense to refuse entry to that POS last week.
