Duirng the campaign someone called Bill Bennet's talk show and described Obama as socialistic. He about messed his pants and cut the guy off, and later admitted that Obama was "very very very liberal."

He didn't want to offend anyone by using the S-word so he used a childish circumlocution instead. Cowardly.
