Politico was wrong and they have issued a retraction. It was not Rep. Price who made the statements Politico is claiming were made. It was Rep. Phil Gingrey, R-Ga.
Sadly, the damage has been done to Rep. Price's reputation, at least around here where folks are ultra quick to bite on agitprop. Look at the article. Politico has corrected their copy and put the retraction at the end.
