Not sure any states would...since it's a presidential election...they would say it's a federal issue, not a state issue to address regarding eligibility...

It's a straw man at best...there are much better arguments out there, that Obama is beginning to show all by himself (cabinet selections, abortion, idiotic press secretaries, speaking with Hamas instead of Israel, picking a fight with Rush....all this in just his FIRST week)...that'll compel America to reject this false Messiah come 2012 (and will emasculate his power in 2010 to start)...
