How is that 20 million calculated?...... Is that 20 million different listeners in a week? Or maybe 4 to 5 million listening in multiple times each week?
I believe the number is that of individual listeners who tune in at least once (or more) times on a weekly basis. It is an impressive number no matter who you slice it.
