That's probably not the case over 100 years ago. I am not all that sure that courtroom judges like to hear the word "Probably" when hearing a case.

She was born in 1907. So if you want to counter the “parents naturalized” in the case, show the law that applies to the time that fits your assertion. I gave you what I think was the law at the time already, but I could be wrong...
