The fact is that there have been no "court battles" regarding the NBC Question.

Instead, petitioners have filed a multitude of cases to the SCOTUS and other various courts throughout the land and every case has been rejected.

No need to argue a case or spend a dime on attorney fees when cases are not accepted by a court.
