I think it means they’re going to have the grassroots (ACORN?) Obama supporters go around neighborhoods, polling residents, identifying supporters vs opponents vs undecided’s. I’d read something similar on FR a few weeks ago.
When I hear “grassroots effort” it really means “massive voter fraud”....
Then, at some future date after the "opponents" have been characterized by the Democratic Party and the MSM as "enemies of the state", Obama's "Civilian Defense Force" will begin to take them into custody.
