This statement is beyond ridiculous. It's impossible to fathom how this girl comes to such a conclusion. Thirty years ago, I went to school and worked in Miami. Even then, Liberty City was an area to avoid at all costs. Sad to say, it doesn't matter who the president, mayor, or police commissioner might be, there are long established behavioral patterns in this particular area that will probably only continue to get worse.
Doing what he always does, picking up the pieces after, and looking "cool" in his shades...

For those of you unaware,
Liberty City is on the north side of Miami. It is a predominately black neighborhood that has been the center of a couple of riots that nearly burned the area to the ground.

have they even said what caliber shell casings were found? I keep hearing AK-47 but see no evidence to back it up. Least of all 9 shot and only 2 dead.
