If people who work for the President can’t be subpoenaed either while they are in office or while they are private citizens that seems to be a recipe for executive wrong doing.

If there is any evidence that Rove broke the law, Conyers can present the evidence to a grand jury and try for an indictment. Otherwise, he can screw himself.

If Rove has committed a crime, then let the DA bring charges and arrest him, present a case before a jury etc.

Conyers is a piece of trash.
