He didn't get fired for winning or running up the score, he got fired for publicly disagreeing with his employer’s apology. Stupid people can still be fired for doing stupid things. There's still hope for this Country!

They offered to declare the losing team the winner of the game. Thats reality-based thinking for you. Whoever came up with that should be fired.
