Leo gave us an alternative way to approach the eligibility issue as well as other illegal acts by officials: the grand jury angle, per the 5th Amendment:

I think it’s time for patriots and the gustsy attorneys who have been bringing these cases to try another approach. Grand jury “presentments” are one area where “standing” should not be an obstacle.
