Please take a more positive view.
If the Kenyan chappie doesn't have to show his birth certificate, we don't have to show our Driver's Licenses to traffic cops. At least that's the way I see it, I think?

The Kenyan doesn’t have to show his BC because nobody is going to do anything about it if he doesn’t. My guess is the traffic cop won’t fall for your Jedi mind trick the way everyone else is falling for O’s.
