WASHINGTON (AP) — Of course it hurts to lose.

And John McCain also says that after losing the election to Barack Obama, the easiest thing to do would have been to feel sorry for himself.

But the Arizona Republican is back in the Senate, part of what he calls the loyal opposition to Democrats in power, and ready to work with Obama.

Then we need to work so he loses and loses big, humiliate him.

I suggest you try the same against Obama.

You know I would agree accept that he hamstrung her at every corner and allowed his people to treat her poorly, then after the election never supported her.
I think he chose her so he could imply he lost because she was to extreme. What happened was he was surprised that Gov Palin became the figure head of the Republican ticket, and for a moment he may have thought wow I just might win.
But he did go back to his whiny lets not criticize Barry the Marxist routine.
Sorry Cedric I really believe JM never intended to win. He literally hates the base of the party and does whatever he can to stomp them. What he doesn't realize is that we have gotten back up, and he is going to be bloodied by the very base he hates.

“He did not feed Sarah to the wolves.”

How loyal and chivalrous of McCain. “He did not feed Sarah to the wolves.”

How about defend her or support her like she did to him. All I head from Sarah is praise for McCain. She was a class act. McCain? I really think he is a little liberal.

Where did your best buddy McCain defend her?

Let’s see if you can show how he supported her.

Didn’t think you could.

Well, that goes without saying but Barry the Marxist is not running in 2010. JM first, the Barry the Marxist.

He was Dole revisited. I was waiting for him to fall off the stage. My Friends. That little penguin was so irritating.

His staff would not let Sarah campaign the way she thought was best. They “managed” her. Ex. first and second interview were with Charlie Gibson and Miss Colonoscopy Live On TV. Who was the genius that thought THAT up?

And after the election, they stuck the pearl-handled knife in her back.

Screw them.

He chose Sarah Palin as his running mate.

And, then promptly muzzled her. Jeez, you are unbelievably naive.

No you old SOB, you lost the election because you were trying to appeal the Democrats as Democrat-Lite and threw your Conservative running mate and base under the bus because the Obama Lapdog Press said you had to.

You are a loser and will always have the worst campaign in modern history, loser.

McCain obviously disregarded the GOP base, for the most part, and paid the price for so doing.

But, don't tell me he didn't want to win.

That claim is pure lunacy.

The two are mutually exclusive, Juan. You're either one or the other.

Mccain was unwilling to do what it took to win this election. He would not expose Obama for who he was. He would not expose the lies. He would not call for proof of his citizenship. You can't run like a wimp and still win.

I remember when we took control of the Senate and House we were talked into this silliness of "Co-governing" even though we were a majority. Democrats wanted Co-chairs on committees, etc etc. We are stupid when it comes to actually governing and dealing with Democrats. They hate us, they are not tolerant, they are not law abiding. They are the opposite of everything we believe.

You remember when we had the Presidency and the Senate and we were told that it would be "wrong" for us to appoint Supreme Court Justices using the "litmus" test of being Pro-life? How much would anyone want to bet that Obama will use the "litmus test" of being Pro-death for his judicial appointments.

My name on here is politicalmerc because politics is war and sometimes distasteful campaigning is not only necessary but desirable. The consequences to loosing are just too bad. I'm not suggesting we cheat like the Dems, but I am suggesting that the Muslim issue, the Citizenship issue, the Marxist issue were all absolutely RELEVANT to this campaign and I'm livid to hear Mccain whining about how it "hurt" to lose this election. Well thank you very much Sen. Mccain but it is WE that have to live with your pain.

Either intentional and/or McCain is an idiot.

After losing why did his flacks attack Sarah?

At some point, I agree. But not until she had had enough interviews to build up a positive critical mass.

The McCain Campaign Wizards of Smart didn’t do that.

They also don’t like conservatives, btw.
