who can say where each billion came from? That's a silly question concerning an insolvent corporation bailed out by the U.S. taxpayer.
IT ALL COMES FROM US!

The only part that surprises me is the location. I had thought it’d be Mexico...but then, they probably discarded that idea because they couldn’t afford to have every vehicle off the assembly line stolen.
Maybe the UAW can get Obama to do a gubmint buyout of the Big Three and force them to stay here so our tax dollars can stimulate union pockets...

The only problem with your cartoon is the screw should be firmly embedded into the United States on the globe shown.

Not that I think it's OK to give GM a billion dollars in the first place. If they can't turn a profit without being subsidized, let them declare bankrupcy, break their union contracts (a large part of their problem) and let someone else buy up the pieces and parts that are viable.
The only way I'd want to give GM a billion would be to buy something from them, something painted OD green or desert tan.

Check out the vidoe of Ford's new high-tech plant in Brazil and then ask yourself why this couldn't be done in the USA.

Puhleeze...Not when they come back for more and more taxpayer bailouts. Then we know where it comes from - printed out of thin air and charged to current and future US taxpayers.

We’re sending a Billion dollars to Brazil?
This surprises you? Did not the new Presidnet of the United States say he was a citizen of the World?

Is the object of the bailout for GM to succeed or just another phony jobs program? Would you prefer Barry appoints government bureaucrats to run the company because you disagree with the current management’s business judgement?

Divert all anger towards the true source of the B.S. - the US Congress.
For giving these companies taxpayer dollars which is both insane and immoral.
and most importantly,
For creating a tax and regulatory environment that practically guarantees companies will invest outside these shores.
