you have made some very valid points. I agree that this whole case is really difficult because it looks like this is taking place in some kind of “legal vacum” because it really looks like there is not a single national or international law wich would exactly fit.

It’s quite probable that some of the info we’ve gotten from some of these terrorist combatants has prevented a few attacks on your soil, too. Your simple-minded foolishness is only superceded by your blind ignorance.
