It's a stupid question based on a stupid premise which counts on a stupid (uninformed) public.

CO2 is beneficial, Algor and his bag of global warming parasites are simply a bunch of lying crooks blatantly going after your money.
Particulate and acid are the two actual pollutants coal puts out, along with CO. These are precipitated out in modern plants, or catalyzed, at much expense; this is however a cost of doing business.
These people want flyover country lit by gas lamps while people starve to death waiting for their windmill to be fixed and the sun to come from behind the clouds.
