He has surrounded himself, almost without exception (such as Robert Gates) with fellow-travellers who see the destruction of America as a good thing, as they need to see it destroyed in order to resurrect America in their marxist image. They must know they are creating a social and economic tinder box that will explode in violence (for one thing, that will give them the excuse to order the disarmament of the American people, which is one of their most desired goals).
