I take it that the “Harvard Law Record” has no connection with the “Harvard Law Review.”
Right - they’re not the same but the Record is published by Harvard Law students and it has a conservative orientation. The Law Review is much better known because it has a national off-campus recognition and readership as a specialized professional journal.
