Nope it is not over. In fact is is just starting. Berg’s case in the lower district court might be the one or Orly’s military case. Orly supposedly has a realtive so the BC can be accessed. This week 2 new cases were filed with more coming. A more knowledgeable FR person here said SCOTUS may be waiting for the right case.

There are multiple cases still technically alive like Cort Wrotnowski’s. Leo has been researching Scalia’s writings and is looking at grand jury ides. Scalia may have left clues for citizens to use the Constitution to protect us from usurpers and tyrants.

We would all like for this to be true, but I don’t think that the SCOTUS will actually touch this case with a 100’ pole. First, because he has already been sworn in and has assumed the office. Second (and, IMO, more importantly) if the SCOTUS declares him to be ineligible to serve as POTUS, it will not only create a Constitutional crisis the likes of which we have never seen before in this country, it will probably also trigger violence of previously unseen levels.

This country will be split wide open along both racial and political lines. We already have a hostile political climate between conservatives and liberals that has become increasingly shrill over the past 2 decades. Obama also allowed so many people to speak glowingly of all the things he would do as POTUS and set people’s expectations so high, I don’t honestly believe that the SCOTUS will want anything to do with this case. In the event that I am wrong (and there’s always a good chance that I am), black Americans will claim that he was ruled ineligible by a (virtually) all white court because he is black. Yes, I know Clarence Thomas is black, but I also know that liberal blacks (who constitute ~90 - 95% of all blacks) believe him to be an oreo; an uncle Tom and they will not honor the ruling.

So, if you want to see this nation split down the middle when it erupts in what could be Civil War, the Sequel, keep hoping for the SCOTUS to take this case and make a ruling. There is a good likelihood that we will NEVER be able to restore America to a single nation again after the dust settles from the violence.

This doesn’t mean that I am opposed to having them hear the case. All it means is that I am a realist and pragmatist and recognize that this is a lose-lose situation that needs to just fade away.
