Oh, there's no question about that. Michelle and her husband are true socialists. No question about that.
She reminds me of Flip Wilson AKA Miss Geraldine Jones... quite the definition of fugly. LOL!

Let me just start by saying this was not a big deal. Just a passing comment by an inexperienced neophyte.

I think the Abomination/Chavez comparison is more fitting from the Chavez “Yes we can” slogan to silencing his critics, the only thing left for Bam Bam is to start giving lectures on the air for hours on end.

he served 2 terms... I say that was about as far as he could go.

The Fairness Doctrine is The Censorship Doctrine
Media Research Center's Free Speech Alliance is a fast-growing coalition of organizations and individuals, who, like you, cherish free speech and who have proactively joined to ensure the misnamed Fairness Doctrine never returns to silence the conservative voice in America.
First enacted by the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) in 1949, the Fairness Doctrine required radio stations give equal time to all sides on political issues. However, the result wasnt equal time, it was zero time as stations simply avoided topics that would fall under FCC equal time rules.
In 1987, President Ronald Reagan rescinded the Fairness Doctrine and since then, talk radio has flourished. Conservatives dominate it, and liberals cant stand it. By re-instating the Fairness Doctrine, liberals would effectively silence the conservative leaders of the day including Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham and others, and would essentially take control of all forms of media.
In recent months, the groundswell for reinstatement is intensifying. In fact, a growing number of liberal leaders in Washington, including Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, have openly stated their intent to do so.
As Americans, we cannot sit idly by while this gag order on conservative speech is resuscitated. The time to act is nowso when the time comes, we are mobilized and prepared to defend our Free Speech Rights.
Join the hundreds of thousands of citizens taking action now through MRCs Free Speech Alliance, and our national petition opposing the re-instatement of the Fairness Doctrine. Media Research Centers Free Speech Alliance goal is to mobilize 500,000 citizens to forever end the threat of the Fairness Doctrine and other attacks on Free Speech. Click on this link.

Ping me if you want to join or leave my fairness doctrine ping list. Advocators and detractors are welcome.

Hope Rushs tax returns for the last thirty years are neat and tidy. They are not picking on Rush per se, but the Democratic Peoples Republic of NY is notorious. If you dare jump over the Berlin Wall and escape their taxes and restrictions on freedom, they will try to find you and get your money.
Rush still gets audited by the tax gestapo in the DPRNY.
Open memo: If you move to Florida, Texas, TN, SC, but still own a property in the DPRNY, be prepared to show an accounting of the fact that you are really a resident of that state. The tax gestapo will want heating bills, restaurant receipts, ATM records, EZ Pass or Sun Pass toll records to prove it.
This is not a drill and it is not a joke. They are equal opportunity money grabbers. Your name doesn't have to be Rush. You have to prove you lived and worked in the free state for more than half the year.

That’s really a low class thing for Obama to have done. Even Eisenhower didn’t mention Joe McCarthy by name even though he disagreed with Joe’s methods:
From Wikipedia
With his victory in the 1952 presidential race, Dwight Eisenhower became the first Republican president in 20 years. The Republican party also held a majority in the House of Representatives and the Senate. After being elected president, Eisenhower made it clear to those close to him that he did not approve of McCarthy and he worked actively to diminish his power and influence. Still, he never directly confronted McCarthy or criticized him by name in any speech, thus perhaps prolonging McCarthy’s power by giving the impression that even the President was afraid to criticize him directly. Oshinsky disputes this, stating that “Eisenhower was known as a harmonizer, a man who could get diverse factions to work toward a common goal... Leadership, he explained, meant patience and conciliation, not ‘hitting people over the head.’”[50]

Rush is going to eat this up... Plus O'Bambi just boost Rush's Monday's listenership a few million. Hey, O'Bambi, just ask Dingy Harry what happens when you get into a p***ing match with Rush..You're right. There will be a takedown and KO. I betcha (to use a Palinism) that Rush's first words on Monday will be (needlessly false) humility. He has often said he wished his Dad were alive to see how the most powerful men in the world, Presidents, Cabinet members, Senators....go out of their way to pay attention and criticize him as a private citizen.
Anyone who has ever accomplished something great wishes that the people who helped shape them were around to see the fruits of their efforts even after they're gone.
Of course, you can flip it around and say that Obama should be honored to be able to be criticized by Rush Limbaugh. If his Dad were alive, he would be proud too. It works both ways.

Obama has just elevated a “harmless, loveable little fuzzball” to be his equal. I would think that it is beyond the dignity of the White House to attack a radio host.
But then again, I’m used to Dubya’s humility in the office. I forget sometimes that when we have a “progressive” administration no act is too petty, every question is unreasonable, and dissent is no longer patriotic.
