Noonan should again watch the inauguration parade. Several times her 'hero' wipes his running nose with his glove, then, at approximately 6:45pm he wipes again, with the side of his glove, and then immediately put this part of the glove in his mouth.
Later, a band passed while playing Scots songs, ('Will Ye Go Lassie Go' being one of them). Scotland of course has no national anthem, but there stood President Scatterbrain with his hand solemnly over his heart.
Noonan also must be attracted to the same type of *ahem* man that many liberal gals are, i.e., effete, and could easily be mistaken for gay. Or perhaps she's yearning to get a 'fist bump' from her favorite new bro.
