Those people (Hollywood) are so SIMPLE. 90% of what they do is geared to appeal to the pimply set, anyway.

The majority of people do not have to pledge to be good Americans, they have been for years.

I find it creepy and sickening, that these people will only pledge now that Obama is their President.

A few months ago all they could do is talk down this country.

“This ad is really weird. I feel like I’m in the middle of a science fiction movie where half the people in this country are actually androids programmed to love and support Obama.”

The Obama people used subliminal advertising to get their candidate elected. These are the same ploys that advertisers use to get you to buy their product. Obama is like one of those products you see on an infomercial. It looks good on t.v. but it doesn’t live up to the hype.

I pledge that if there’s a knock on my door and it’s “0”, I’ll get in trouble with the SS.

I agree. I love the guy that now is pledging to not give the finger while driving. All is now right with the world.

Hitler oath

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hitler_oath

"The term Hitler oath refers to the oaths of allegiance sworn by German Wehrmacht officers and soldiers as well as civil servants during the Third Reich between the years 1934 and 1945. The oath pledged personal loyalty to the person of Adolf Hitler in place of loyalty to the constitution."

"Germany's voters went to the polls and 89.9% voted their approval for Hitler to assume complete power over Germany. The following day, August 20, 1934, the cabinet decreed the 'Law On The Allegiance of Civil Servants and Soldiers of the Armed Forces'. ('Gesetz über die Vereidigung der Beamten und der Soldaten der Wehrmacht'), which superseded the original oaths. Prior to the decree, both members of the armed forces and civil servants had sworn loyalty to 'the People and the Fatherland' ('Volk und Vaterland'); civil servants had additionally sworn to uphold the constitution and laws of Germany.

"The new law decreed that instead, both members of the armed forces and civil servants would swear loyalty to Adolf Hitler."

substitute “obama” for “hitler” and that pretty much nails it.

That's strange. When I previewed the picture, it came through correctly in post #19:

Incredible, but actually kind of funny. How seriously do these people take themselves? I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m always reminded that these are just the high school drama nerds grown up. Need I say more?

Hmmm.....let me see.......I pledge to learn my multiplication tables. I pledge to not run on the playground. I pledge to not copy from my neighbor’s paper.

But in all sincerity, I DO pledge to laugh out loud every time I see one of these imbeciles. They are so ignorant that I can’t even get angry.
