The Military will not agree to that... barry will enjoy a coup before that happens. 1st Lt. Billy is not going to knock his uncles door down and seize all Constitutionally protected weapons... and there are not enough FBI or Feds to bust down 200 million doors... they will not even venture into East LA! barry will lose power and will become a pariah when we are hit again... if his actions are tied with the lapses in security that allows it to happen.
