All she really knows here is that Bambi declared an end to torture, ordered Gitmo closed in a year and stated that he would, in effect, follow the existing plans involving Iraq and Afghanistan.

I really doubt that he will ever actually pull all of the combat brigades out of Iraq, though.

She probably has hit this one right. Without intelligence this War is over and the terrorist know it. They are now probably instructed to just sit there and demand their Red Crescent Representative if captured.
