nope ... i believe it was $29 ... don't know if it will work with phones other than motorola. connects via usb port.
in additon to ring tone maker it also allows you to backup, edit, and update your phonebook entries from the pc.
another big plus is that it lets you send text message using your pc keyboard rather than thumbs on the cell.
