I figure most of this handout money will go to contracts for minority owned companies. They tend to not hire white folk. Theres no laws that require them to do it, like the other way around.
We are seeing who the real racists are now .Anyone see that Jay Z video .That shows who the racists are .Do we realize that only 15% of our population is black .When you watch the TV it seems like the black population is more like 75%.
They also don't do any construction work. They just sub-contract to real construction companies who actually build things.
