I put this question to an Army officer stationed at Ft.Belvoir I met at a bar in Crystal City Arlington one night in the fall of 2007 ..and he informed me that my assessment was correct. Put it to somebody who's been working in various capacities in Operaation Iraqi Freedom for over five years and you might hear that your assessment is NOT correct.
