OMG prayers for the victim and the family. VT again!? This is an unbelievably tragic situation for everyone there to be enduring this fright another time. It would be tragic anywhere, of course, but many students there have already been frightened once and some just overcoming it. This is getting to be one horrible world anymore.

It was at Donaldson Brown. I was going to be at the library next door but I had to stay with my daughter.
It could be an international thing.
