I have long ago given up using tax software on even my simple finances and if the Sec. of the Treasury doesn’t have his taxes professionally prepared he is too dumb for the office.

That's very good advice and I would add: hire a real CPA. They are worth the extra money. And they don't use Turbo Tax.
