CAIRO, Egypt – Iran's president has canceled all official business for four days because of a cold, Iranian media reported Wednesday, raising questions about the hard-line leader's health a few months after he said he was suffering from exhaustion.

I love it when a “health problem” arises in one of these authoritarian countries. Usually means that someone is headed for a long long sleep in the crematorium. Happened in NAZI Germany and the Soviet Union. Probably happens in China and North Korea. Only way you can survive is if you make sure the other guy develops health problems.
