That’s why the Democrats chose him in the open primaries to run on the Republican ticket. They knew he would lose, but they could count on him to be on their side after the election.

If Palin had not been chosen the bloodbath would have been enormous. Republicans have no reason to listen to, or even follow the lead of John McCain.
I am so angry that cross over dems chose our candidate. McCain was our worst nightmare. What GOP voter would have freely chosen this guy? He’s been sticking it to conservatives for years! arg. I only hope this horrible time in our history, produces a crop of genuine conservatives who are not Washington elites. We need more Sarahs and Joes.
