If he would announce I think the money would flood in... but don't think McCain would do opposite what he did in the campaign, he would drag out all JD's dirty laundry.

BTW in case anyone doubts how badly McCain blew this, last night on PBS they did an hour on Obama and how he won, they were terrified of the Wright story and really felt it would cost them the election..... and McCain made it offlimits.

I’ve listened to JD’s radio show a few times recently. Last night he mentioned that he just keeps getting emails and letters from people urging him to run for the Senate in 2010. But he said it would be a tough thing to do, and he’d have to think a lot about it, but that he had time.
