I guess it's stating the obvious that we are watching the printing press being overthrown.

In 20 years there will be newspapers only in the most impoverished backwaters of the globe. Devices like the Amazon Kindle will completely replace newsprint (not touting Kindle, I returned mine because its human factors are not great in the current version 1.0).

I guess Carlos Slim believes he can milk something from New York over the next 5 or so years, because the NYT doesn't have much longer if even that.

I ordered one about three weeks ago (don't know the vesion), which is currently promised to be delivered in early March. What "human factors" did you dislike about yours? In advance, thanks for your reply.
