As Rush says, the guy says nothing very eloquently.

And I, for one, found yesterday’s Obama-palooza disgusting. If the MSM had given President Bush half this level of support think what could have been accomplished.

the risk-takers, the doers, the makers of things

But if you become successful, we reserve the right to punish you for that...all in the name of the benefit of society, of course.

new era of responsibility

Well, at least up to the point where there is actual consequences of one's responsibility...that can be shifted to and shared by others who aren't actually responsible for the problem.

God-given promise that all are equal, all are free, and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness.

Except babies, who may be killed by any means for any reason.

It’s all code! “Restore science to its rightful place”, for example, is a reference to embryonic stem cell research, which in this coded language has been suppressed by superstitious fetus fetishists.

“A new era of responsibility” means “bend over” ... that one’s easy.

Part of it wasn’t code, per se, but twisted lies, where his radical innovations ( expressed in code ) are characterized as a “return” to the “principles of the founders” etc. etc. This whole “return” and “restoral” theme is utterly incoherent, which is easy to see when you consider how the founders and past citizens of the USA are routinely vilified as slave owners and racists.

Anyway, the whole thing is transparent to anyone with a modicum of perspicacity.

It appears to be the high school student council president speech I wish I’d given.
