If he preferred a long court fight to paying $10 for his Hawaiian birth certificate (assuming he was born in Honolulu), then I doubt he will end this the easy way by just having the CJ re-administer the oath. Of course it doesn't have to be the Chief Justice.
My thoughts too. I think they are sworn in privately and then go through the motions on the public podium. The oath is no big deal. Citizenship IS A BIG DEAL. Frankly, he’s a very dangerous man.
