That 1/3 million dollar “pay for play” created job at that Chicago hospital came in handy - Since she left - that “created” position has now disappeared

Also, the ‘bling’ on her dress was a diamond broach. At first I thought it was a rhinestone neckline on the dress, making it too fancy for day wear.
That job was obviously “made for her”!
