Nope. I watched it. Obama screwed up first, he clearly forgot the line, then Roberts first said the word Obama was trying to remember, but no response from Obama, so he began to recite the entire segment, but then Obama jumped in. We'll have to get the origional clip and put it up on FR permanently.
Nope — watch it again. Roberts clearly said the words in the wrong order ...
Roberts said — “that I will execute the Office of President of the United States faithfully” ... when he SHOULD have said — “that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States”
Roberts put the word “faithfully” in the wrong place. It was at that point that Obama stopped and looked puzzled.
