Actually it isn't. The Hebrew characters have number values as well as word value. Therefore anyone or thing that may be named is also numbered. The Bible codes themselves are “The book within the book” spoken of in the Torah.
IFIRC Sir Issac Newton spent a great deal of time searching the Torah for the book within the book. The key that unlocked the book turned out to be the computer. Although the skip code was discovered by a Rabbi in the 1940’s who noticed that the first letters of each of the five books of the Torah spelled T-O-R-A-H.
The authority of the codes is not in the mere the presence of any word, rather it is in the calculated odds of CONNECTED words. For instance: YOUR name intersecting your wife's name near near your wedding date intersected with the names of all your children. One of the mathematicians who worked on the calculations is Eliu Rips in Israel. (Not sure of the spelling of that first name).
You probably don’t know that I’m likely FR’s main proponent of respect for the authentic Bible Codes (not the hokey ones).
Certainly Newton’s efforts were amazing—particularly for his time.
So, what’s the difference between Germantia and numerology?
I’ve forgotten.
