Didn’t one of the gun magazines just thank Obama for being the best gun salesman of the year?

Truthfully, I’m surprised that there are any guns left, much less ammunition. A lot of retailers and producers must have just insanely large order backlogs. Wholesalers with empty warehouses.
I gather that even the ATF has run out of forms, so authorized gun dealers to temporarily use photocopies until the government printing office can crank out more.

They dont have to ask people are buying them already. I think it was Hannity who said gun sales are up 48% and Obama was fueling the sales.

Maybe we should write our Senators & Congresscritters, aksing them to enact an annual National Second Amendment Day?

Same here... Never heard of this ‘ad’, but this afternoon I put a deposit down on a Mossberg 500, placed a ‘wishlist’ order for a Mossberg 930SPX, and put my name on a waiting list for an AR-15. It was only common sense. Wanted to get them for a long time, but the onset of a new regime in DC infested with 2nd Amendment haters has accelerated the purchases. If I had had the $$$ ahead of election day I would’ve done it then (it’ll be more expensive and require a longer wait now), but better late than never...

Just had a phone call from my son-in-law about the gun show he went to over the weekend. AR-15s going like crazy. Evidently the vendors still had some.
I asked him about ammo, but he said he wasn't in the market for it, and didn't check.
He ended up buying a Hi-Point 9-mm carbine.

Wasn't in the budget for me just today, but payday comes soon (and often) enough. Shouldn't buy 'em all at one time & place anyway.
Spread the wealth around, y'know.

Gunned out?!?!? Like, as in, too many guns? Go back to DU!!!You're right! I don't know what came over me! I know: it was the irresistible force of Obummer's rhetoric. Yeah, that's it. For a moment there I thought there was something called "enough guns."
Whew! Thanks for bringing me back to my senses!
