No- Obama didn't say it- but the pastor who gave the closing prayer did. In his prayer he made some other allusions about racial injustice- but at the end he said we'll have justice "when yellow (man) is mellow, when the red (man) can get ahead...and when white will embrace right"..." It was appalling.
That Lowry speech sounds like an old man’s version of rap. It was extremely low level rhetoric, chanting the old NAACP whine.
