Rush was asked by a gossip columnist what he’d do to celebrate Inauguration Day. He said he’d bring a porta-potty into his office/studio and flush it every few minutes.
When he was in DC last week, he drove past the Mall and was astonished at the number of porta-johns. That’s where the joke comes from. ;-)
