I went to three different links for Rush and when Abomination’s voice came on, I quick turned it off!! Sigh... Rush isn’t on or her is letting Obama speak instead.
He’s letting him talk, or more likely read the teleprompter, then commenting now and then. I don’t even think Obama knows what he is saying.
