What a mess (in more ways than one)! I bet the platform was so crowded that she got shoved off and down onto the tracks. It's bad enough during rush hour. I can only imagine what the Metro is like today, especially now that the Gallery Place station is shut down. That's REALLY going to gum up the works in DC even more.

The closure forced people to walk further to reach the National Mall. I am sorry for the victim, but happy that those nuts have to walk further in the freezing cold.
