I'm not questioning your respect. I guess I felt a need to offer just a small reminder of it. There is something very special about what we do with our flag. And if we use it for too many "other things" I guess I feel it lowers our respect. I believe our flag should be flown with pride. I don't feel grief falls into that catagory. Usually a flag flown at half mast is to show respect - the respect we show toward a person who has died after faithful service.
